Provider Orientation Schedule
A component of the contracting process is for you or a staff member to attend a 30 minute telephonic orientation where we will review
the Medical Management Program (MMP). Please take a moment to review our MMP, as well as information on electronic data information (EDI),
found on our website at www.cignabehavioral.com.
To join an orientation, please call 866.802.6705 and enter 511667# to join the call. An RSVP is not required. The orientations occur as follows:
