Surviving The Holidays If You Have An Eating Disorder For a majority of people with eating disorders the holidays are a stressful time that can lead to an increase in eating disorder behaviors. During this presentation, we'll cover information to help you understand the risk for binge eating and how other eating disorder symptoms can occur during the holidays. We'll also discuss specific steps that can be taken to reduce the risk of eating disorder behaviors, plus ways to increase the use of coping skills. The aim is to help you reduce eating disorder symptoms and improve personal growth and relationships during the holidays.
