Who should I call if I have a question about the care I'm receiving?

If you have a question about your care, talk to your provider. If you need additional assistance, we're here to help. Every client has an experienced CIGNA Behavioral Health care manager who coordinates the care provided by your therapist or psychiatrist and helps ensure you are getting appropriate treatment. If you ever want to speak to this person, simply call the 800 number or your designated CIGNA access number located on your insurance ID card. You do not need a referral from your primary care physician.
